Mr. Fletcher has a long and successful history in the pension, banking and insurance industries.  He was endorsed by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas to provide qualified and non-qualified employee benefits for its member banks.  Prior to he was a Top 5 Manager (out of 1,000 managers) for The Equitable Life Assurance Society of New York.

Mr. Fletcher continues speaking and writing for publications in the pension, banking and insurance industries.  He is known for his creative solutions-based planning utilizing tax advantaged executive compensation and estate planning techniques.
